Pickup hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM HST on the selected date.
You may select the desired pickup date when adding items to your cart. Additional items may be purchased on site, if available. Items you order through the website with a pickup date are guaranteed to be available.
We are working with live poultry and plants, which are subject to unpredictable circumstances. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order on the reserved pickup date, you are eligible to a 100% refund. Complete orders must be picked up on the scheduled date. Orders not picked up by 05:00 PM the following day will be cancelled without refund.
When you arrive, please enter through the large grey gate and park to your left. Please stay in your vehicle and call or text us at (808) 774-3276. We will bring your order to you and answer answer any questions.
